Tony Eaton

Vice President, Dispositions

Mr. Eaton is a seasoned real estate professional with an extensive real estate finance background, supported by a sound foundation in real estate operations. Tony is responsible for the management of all disposition operations, as well as overseeing portfolio and asset evaluations. In addition, Tony assists existing lender clients in the strategic management and planning of OREO assets in order to minimize risk, holding period costs, and to optimize the net recoverable value of residential and multifamily assets.

Tony has more than twenty years of management, finance and real estate experience including six years as Chief Financial Officer and Controller of public and private companies. Prior to joining Land Interests, Mr. Eaton spent five years with O'Donnell / Atkins, a southern California land brokerage and development consulting firm. As Chief Financial Officer of O'Donnell /Atkins, Tony was responsible for all aspects of the firm's business plan. In addition to his responsibilities as CFO, Tony executed in the operational environment as a land broker, where he analyzed and marketed development projects from raw land/subdivision projects to urbancore/adaptive reuse projects. Recently, Tony analyzed and wrote valuations for a private lender on a nonperforming loan portfolio with a par value of $237 million secured by assets in ten different sub-markets in the western United States.

Tony earned an MBA from Columbia University with a concentration in Finance and International Business. He received a BS from the United States Naval Academy and served seven years as a Marine Corps Officer and Aviator.
