Land Interests Inc. Opens Henderson Office and Names Rick Simmons Managing Director of Nevada

Land Interests Inc. opened an office in Henderson on January 2, 2012. It is located at 701 North Green Valley Parkway Suite 200, Henderson, NV 89074. Rick Simmons has been named the managing director of the Nevada office.

The company is headquartered in Irvine, CA and also has offices in Sacramento, CA and Austin, TX. It is a full service real estate asset management and brokerage firm specializing in the optimization of financially distressed assets throughout the United States. CEO, Erik Frechette, is excited about the company’s expansion and states, “We have been planning to open an office in Nevada for quite some time. The only reason we did not do so sooner is that we needed to find the right person to lead our expansion into the Nevada market. Rick is that person.”

Simmons has been developing real estate in southern Nevada since 1996, building strong working relationships with local government staff, elected officials and businesses. He was recently the president of Sage Community Group’s Nevada Division, a full service community development company. Simmons was also one of the founding development partners in the Deerfoot Meadows Power Center.
