Land Interests, Inc. is pleased to announce that Adam Smith has joined the Dispositions Team at Land Interests, Inc. Adam is a proven problem-solver and brings a multi-faceted background to the team, with experience in brokerage, acquisitions, and law. Prior to entering the brokerage business, Adam was responsible for acquiring land for two of the largest homebuilders in the nation and has sourced commercial real estate investment opportunities for a real estate pension fund. Adam started his career as a real estate attorney advising clients on zoning, land use, and transactional matters in Washington, D.C. He is a California Real Estate Broker, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Massachusetts.
Adam received a B.A. in Political Science from Bates College, a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. He is a member of the California Receivers Forum and the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Board of Directors of the San Diego CCIM Chapter and the USC Marshall Alumni Association.
Adam will focus his efforts assisting clients in the acquisition and disposition of property and notes secured by real estate throughout the western United States.
