Erik Frechette
President

Erik has 17 years experience in management, operations, finance and real estate.  He is a highly qualified real estate professional, and distressed real estate fiduciary to many of the Nation’s largest financial institutions.  Erik is well qualified in all aspects of portfolio and asset management, as well as land acquisitions, entitlements, and development.

As President of Land Interests, Erik is committed to assisting financial institutions more efficiently manage their distressed real estate.  Erik has accumulated a relatively large amount of experience in third party management of distressed real estate, and has been directly responsible to many of the Nation’s largest financial institutions for distressed assets totaling more than $700 Million. Under Erik’s leadership, Land Interests has operations into five states with over a dozen team members.  Prior to Land Interests, Erik was a senior manager for a top-20 private and public developer where he lead regional land acquisition, forward planning, entitlements and project management efforts, and managed assets responsible for generating in excess of $800 Million in revenue.

Erik, a former United States Marine Corps Officer and Naval Aviator, holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from Pepperdine University where he graduated summa cum laude and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the Business School Honor Society. Erik holds a Broker’s license in the state of California, and is a member of the Project Management Institute, Turnaround Management Association, Urban Land Institute, Risk Management Association, California Receivers Forum, Association for Conflict Resolution, National Association of Home Builders, California Building Association, and the United States Green Building Council.
